MedMinder Companion is a personal health organization tool designed to help individuals and families manage medication profiles, track healthcare providers, and store medical information. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
MedMinder Companion is not a substitute for professional medical advice. The information stored and displayed in the App is provided by you for your own personal organization purposes. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions. In an emergency, call 911 immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using the App, you confirm you meet this requirement. Accounts may be used to manage profiles for minors or other family members under the account holder's supervision.

MedMinder Companion is currently in beta and all features are provided free of charge during the beta period. When paid plans launch, the following terms will apply:
Your health and medication information belongs to you. We store your data securely using Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app Settings. For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please review our Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information entered into the App. MedMinder Companion does not verify, validate, or cross-check the accuracy of medication names, dosages, or any other health information you enter.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We expressly disclaim all warranties related to the fitness of the App for medical or clinical use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medminder Companion LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on information stored in the App for medical decisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
